Our hospital is designed to help reduce stress for your pet, such as our separate dog, cat and rabbit wards, and the plentiful supply of treats on offer to fill their tummies during consultations. This also means we take the time to fully understand your situation so that we can give you the most appropriate advice. One thing you can be sure of is that we have your pet’s best-interest at heart.

Our History
Opening in 2000, Racecourse Road Veterinary Hospital was build on a passion for animals and their wellbeing and its founders, Dr Willa and Rachelle, still look after many of their original clients today. Over the years has worked hard to provide our clients and patients with outstanding levels of care, and this has lead to clients coming from as far as Brisbane for their pets needs.
Since 2000 the team has grown and as of 2022, we are 16 permanent staff, although that close family feeling still exists. In 2022 Willa & Rachelle passed the torch on to Tonje & JJ who are excited to continue this legacy.
