Separate dog and cat wards

Our patient wards are separate for our dog and cat patients. Our suites are designed for patient privacy and we have larger pens for our big dogs and patient staying with us for a period of time.

We provide warm comfy bedding and welcome you bringing a special toy or bed from home.

Digital Xray

We have the most current in digital xray facilities which gives us immediate radiographs of supreme quality for interpretation and the ability to instantly forward to the specialist centre should it be required.

Fully equipped laboratory facilities

We have recently upgraded our laboratory to include the latest haematology and biochemistry machines. The majority of tests can be performed here at the hospital rather than being sent away and waiting for results which effects treatment time for our patients.


Dr Linn has undergone further studies to specialise in ultrasonography. We are now able to provide ultrasound as a diagnostic tool for our patients.

 Previously we have required sending our patients to Lismore or the specialist centre at Carrara.

Surgical Theatre

Our theatre is purpose built with the latest anaesthetic machine and monitoring equipment. Our surgeons are provided with quality surgical materials and all anaesthetics are monitored by our qualified surgical nurses

State of the art dental equipment

We have just invested in an advanced Dental machine that has the capacity to facilitate basic scale and polishes to the most complicated removals

24 hour monitoring of hospital patients

With camera technology we are able to view our patients 24 hours a day.

Onsite qualified Groomer

Laurinda at Wags is located at the rear of the building, she provides pick up and delivery service and does the most beautiful job!

Bowen Therapy

Is a form of physical therapy.

Bowen is represented by a system of applied myofascial stimulation.

A deep tissue transverse manoeuvre is applied over specific muscles, tendons and ligaments.

This technique is used in conjunction with further physio therapy procedures specific to your pets needs.
